Rick Daly

Richard Daly

Richard Daly is a trial attorney. Licensed in 1996, he quickly focused his litigation career on fighting against insurance companies and other large corporations. Richard is licensed in Texas, Colorado, Nebraska, and Kentucky.

Before starting his own firm, he practiced law with some of the most respected law firms in Houston. On the plaintiff’s side, he worked with Caddell & Chapman, one of Houston’s leading plaintiffs’ shops. Prior to that, Daly was a partner at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP (now Foley & Lardner, LLP), one of the largest defense firms in Houston.

His experience on both sides of the courtroom makes him uniquely qualified to analyze prospective cases, assess their likely outcome, and develop a prudent plan for moving forward.

Daly attended UCLA on a football scholarship, playing tight end for the Bruins. After a brief stint with the Denver Broncos, he turned his attention to his dream of being a lawyer. He attended the University of Illinois Law School, placing in the top 10 students in his class and graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif (top 10 percent).

Daly’s hobbies reflect his competitive personality: golf, fishing, hunting, and poker.

His downtime is spent enjoying time with his daughter Payton before she grows up to conquer the world.
