David Middleman

David Middleman

During his 29-year legal career, David has represented plaintiffs in all 50 states. He has represented clients in claims involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, commercial automobile and trucking accidents, product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, as well as lawsuits against multi-national pharmaceutical companies.

In 2022, with his friends Rick Daly and John Black, David co-founded National Claims Advisors to work on first-party insurance claims.

Prior to joining NCA, David helped start two successful law firms, Middleman Levin, LLC, and Pulaski & Middleman, LLC. David always wanted to start his own law firm. So, while waiting for his bar results, David created materials to market his own law firm, Middleman Levin. Once he passed the bar exam, David began giving free legal advice on Houston’s #1 drive-time radio show, Houston’s KLOL radio station. That radio show ran for over 5 years and helped launch Middleman Levin’s successful run.

In 2006, David joined his long-time friend Adam Pulaski to create Pulaski & Middleman, LLC. Pulaski & Middleman was created almost exclusively to represent victims injured by the negligence of pharmaceutical and medical device companies. After resolving tens of thousands of claims, and helping recover billions of dollars for clients, David left Pulaski & Middleman to pursue other passions.

David has been married for 28 years and has a son and a daughter. David enjoys traveling with his family, golf, and cooking.

David was born in Alexandria, Virginia. During his time at the University of Texas, he was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies. He was admitted to the Bar in 1994 and is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. For several years, H-Texas Magazine recognized David as one of the Top Mass Tort Lawyers in the State of Texas.
